These terms describe the payment review MVP and the intended commercial SaaS terms for Sabaidi users.

Service scope

Sabaidi provides AI-assisted Lao business translation, document workflow tools, OCR review flows, terminology support, and compliance document preparation features.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their account, reviewing generated translations, and ensuring submitted documents are appropriate for their business use.

AI translation disclaimer

AI translation output may require human review. Sabaidi helps accelerate business document work, but users remain responsible for legal, regulatory, and commercial decisions based on generated content.

Paid plans, cancellation, and refund

Starter and Pro are monthly subscription plans. Refund or cancellation requests should be sent to support@sabaidi.ai with the account email and order number. Production refund handling will follow the applicable payment provider policy.

Prohibited use

Users may not upload illegal content, infringe third-party rights, abuse the service, attempt to extract system prompts, or use Sabaidi to create misleading official documents.

Intellectual property

Users retain rights to their uploaded business documents. Sabaidi retains rights to its software, workflows, terminology systems, and knowledge-base organization.

Availability and support

The MVP is provided for review and testing. Production availability, support levels, and enterprise service terms must be defined in the applicable subscription or contract.
