This policy describes the intended handling of data for the Sabaidi payment review MVP and later production service. It is written for a SaaS platform that processes Lao business translation and compliance documents.

Uploaded documents and translated text are handled as business content. Production storage should use access controls, HTTPS, and minimum necessary retention for the selected plan.

Sabaidi may use AI model providers, cloud infrastructure providers, file processing services, analytics tools, and Alipay for payment processing.

Security

The production service should use HTTPS, access controls, least-privilege operations, operational logging, and minimized storage of sensitive business documents.
