1. Service Description
sabaidi AI is an AI translation and compliance document generation platform for foreign businesses and individuals operating in Laos. The platform provides AI-powered search, professional text translation, file translation, and OCR recognition services. All translation results are generated by artificial intelligence and are for reference only; they do not constitute legal, medical, or other professional advice.
2. Account Registration & Security
You must provide a valid email address to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, including protecting your login password. We are not liable for any losses caused by account security issues. If you discover unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.
3. Usage Limits
Free accounts may perform 3 AI searches per day, with a monthly translation quota of 5,000 characters. Paid accounts enjoy different usage quotas based on their selected plan. The following activities are prohibited: translating or generating illegal content, abusing API interfaces, attempting to crack or reverse-engineer the platform, and reselling or sharing the service with third parties without authorization.
4. Intellectual Property
The platform's software, interface design, brand identity, and terminology databases are the intellectual property of sabaidi AI. Translation documents generated through our platform belong to you, but we reserve the right to use anonymized and aggregated data to improve service quality. The intellectual property of your original input content remains yours.
5. Service Availability & Disclaimer
We strive to provide stable and reliable services but do not guarantee 100% uptime or error-free operation. AI translation results may contain inaccuracies; important documents should be reviewed by professionals before use. Our liability for any direct or indirect losses resulting from the use of our translation results is limited to the total service fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
6. Payment & Refunds
Paid plans are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time. After cancellation, services remain available for the current billing cycle. All paid plans include a 7-day free trial; no charges are incurred if canceled during the trial period. Fees beyond the trial period are non-refundable, though special circumstances may be negotiated by contacting customer support.
7. Terms Modification
We reserve the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Significant modifications will be communicated in advance via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you disagree with the modified terms, you have the right to stop using the service and close your account.
8. Governing Law
These terms of service are governed by the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic. Any disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Vientiane.
